Anyone in Girls Juniors, Women's A or B and Men's A that did not get to finish the June tournament will get a free entry into the August tournament. All other divisions finished the tournament, so they will not get a waiver into the next event. If you are requesting a waiver due to the rain out, please fill out the entry form online WITHOUT payment and send an E-mail stating you are playing in the August event and you were rained out in June. Thanks again for supporting our events!!!! The only tour in Florida run by the players, for the players will host three tournaments this summer. Check-In / Play Format / Cost
SAT- MEN's & WOMEN's OPEN- Open divisions will be played in double elimination Olympic Crossover format, just like the pros, with match play in the winners bracket (1st two games to 21, 3rd if necessary to 15, no cap) and the losers bracket will be one game to 25. . Due to the length of time necessary to finish this format, it is very important to check in and start play on time! SATURDAY OPEN CHECK IN WILL BE FROM 7:00-8:00 AM, FIRST SERVE AT 8:30 SHARP! Teams will be penalized a point per minute after 8:30, no exceptions. Prize money will be awarded to the top 4 teams- (1)1st, (1)2nd, and (2)3rds. Please realize that due to limited daylight it may be necessary to bring some teams back on Sunday to finish the event (this is usually only a factor in the men's division).

All pool play games will be one game, win by two. The length of the games will depend on the number of teams in a pool. Depending on time, playoff games may be played in match play format. SATURDAY LOWER DIVISION CHECK IN WILL BE FROM 8:00-9:00 AM, FIRST SERVE AT 9:30 SHARP! Prizes will be awarded to the top teams (eight or more teams- top three receive prizes, less than eight top two). Prizes will be from SSOVA Volleywear and WILSON Sporting Goods!
SUN- CO-ED- All Co-Ed play will be in pool play format, followed by a single elimination playoff. All pool play games will be one game, win by two. The length of the games will depend on the number of teams in a pool. Depending on time, playoff games may be played in match play format. We could all use a little extra sleep after the player party Saturday night, so SUNDAY CHECK IN WILL BE FROM 8:30-9:30, FIRST SERVE AT 10:00 SHARP! Be sure to check the dates on the bottom of the page if you are playing juniors to ensure that you sign up for the right age division! Remember the outdoor age groupings are different from your indoor ones! COST - The cost to play in the Adult tournament will be $65.00 per team (except open). The cost to play in the Junior tournament will be $45.00 per team. The cost to play in the Men’s and Women’s Open will be $100.00 per team. IF YOU PAY THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT THE COST WILL BE $70.00 for adults and $50.00 for juniors, OPEN PLAYERS MUST STILL PRE-PAY BY FRIDAY AT 5:00pm! Official SSOVA Player's Party- TBA

**Open Prize Money- $1500 Men's Open purse is based on a 20 team minimum, $800 Women's Open purse is based on an 12 team minimum. If there are fewer than the minimum number of registrants, the purse will be equal to 80% of the total registration fees ($80 times the number of teams entered).
